I love reading but find my time very valuable, as we all do. When I read, I want to feel like I walked away with a little more than I had before I opened the book. I want a book to encourage or inspire me, and if it has a little  humor, all the better.

There are many books that I enjoy, but the books that make it to this list are the best of the best, at least to me. I want to share this list with my leading lady friends because I feel many of us are on the same page, and if I love it, you will enjoy it too.

The list is new, and these are  my recent favorites, so I will probably add a few others as they come to mind. Not every book that I read and enjoy will make this list. These are books that I feel encourage us on our journey to be the leading lady of our own life and live the best life possible.
