With a new year here, I find myself thinking of goals. And more importantly accomplishing goals. I do have some long-term goals, and admittedly, they can seem daunting and a little exhausting. But what I do find refreshing is 30 day goals. I can do just about anything for 30 days.  30 day challenges have momentum. Momentum carries us forward. 30 day goals and challenges feel obtainable.

As many of you know from reading my blog, I started out my 50th year setting goals for myself. Along with that came several fitness goals. To make things easier for myself, I started using Google Drive to make it easy to edit documents and spreadsheets between different devices and found it to be a great way to share files with friends. It does not require any special software but allows you to create and edit documents and spreadsheets. So to all of my wonderful friends who read my blog, I will add your e-mail to the special “shared access” folder for these files. I will add to this folder from time to time, so be sure to stay subscribed to receive current updates.

After you confirm your subscription, if you use Google e-mail to read your e-mail, you will need to follow a few simple steps to keep Where Art Meets Soul from going into your junk mail. I have made it as simple as possible by creating a filter for you to import.

1. Right click and save this file to your hard drive. https://bealeadinglady.com/byoll/bealeadingladymailFilters.xml

2. Open up Google mail and click on the gear symbol and choose “settings” in the drop down menu.

3. Click on the “filters” tab.

4. Scroll to the bottom and click the “import filters” link and choose the file you saved earlier and click “Open”. Make sure the filter is checked, and click “create filters”.

If you have existing emails from me that you want to move to this folder, check the “apply new filters to existing email” box.

Now, you won’t miss any updates, contests, or special gifts for readers.
